For over 20 years, Seaboard Marine has partnered with the Exporters Corporation of El Salvador (COEXPORT), to advance the economic growth of El Salvador. Established in 1985, COEXPORT is a private non-profit association that offers support to all of El Salvador’s companies in promoting their exports of goods and services. During its 46th anniversary gala, COEXPORT presented Seaboard Marine with an award acknowledging 21 years of strategic partnership in the country.
Jose Perez-Jones, Senior Vice President, accepted the award on behalf of Seaboard Marine. Mr. Perez-Jones said, “It has been an incredible partnership with the exporters of El Salvador, an incredibly productive relationship that extends beyond two decades. Their efforts have developed El Salvador’s economy and presence, not only in Central America but throughout the world. It is important to recognize and honor all those who have contributed to the country’s growing economy.”
