I don’t know the email I use to log in to MySeaboard.

I don’t know my password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter the email address associated with your MySeaboard access and click Reset Password. You’ll see a confirmation screen.
Check the inbox of the email associated with MySeaboard for further instructions. If you don’t receive a reset email, check your spam folder, or try again. If you don’t receive an email, contact MySeaboard Support: Click Here
I’m locked out of MySeaboard.
For security purposes, after 5 failed login attempts, you will be locked out of MySeaboard. To regain access, please enter the email address associated with your MySeaboard account and click Reset Password. You’ll see a confirmation screen.

If you reset your password but haven’t received an email check your junk/spam folder. If the email isn’t in your junk/spam folder, contact your system administrator and request the following to be whitelisted:

There are several reasons you may have problems signing in your first time:
- Your username not exist yet and is being created. Contact MySeaboard support for assistance. Click Here
- If you’re the only MySeaboard user on your customer account, your access may have expired. Contact MySeaboard support for assistance: Click Here
My username is deactivated.
If your username is deactivated, please click on the Help option at the top of the log in screen and contact MySeaboard Support: Click Here
