Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers that a Port Congestion Charge will apply to all cargo moving between all ports, and Guatemala and El Salvador, effective June 15, 2025.
The following charge will be assessed for all northbound and southbound cargo originating or transiting through Santo Tomas, Guatemala. The charge will also apply on cargo in transit to/from El Salvador via Santo Tomas, Guatemala:
