Dear Valued Customers,
Following yesterday’s update, we would like to share the latest developments regarding the Seaboard Blue Voyage 132.
After initial repairs, the vessel now requires further testing to determine the exact cause of the issue. At this time, the estimated completion of repairs remains unknown.
To minimize any impact on your shipments, we are implementing the following service recovery measures:
Cargo Discharge & Reallocation:
- Cargo destined for Puerto Cortés and Managua will be discharged from the Seaboard Blue Voyage 132 and reloaded onto the Seaboard Sky Voyage 5 today, which is expected to arrive to Puerto Cortés on Monday morning, September 29.
Northbound Service Adjustments:
- All North Central America exports for this week will be covered by the Warnow Whale Voyage 313 and Seaboard Sky Voyage 5.
- Both the Warnow Whale Voyage 313 and Seaboard Sky Voyage 5 are expected to arrive in Miami around the same time, ensuring continuity of service.
- Seaboard Blue Voyage 132 will depart from Miami on Sunday, September 28, on her regular rotation.
We remain committed to maintaining service reliability while we work through these vessel challenges. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. For questions regarding specific bookings, please contact your Seaboard Marine representative.
