Daisy Pastor, General Manager of Seaboard de Honduras, was recently voted as a member of the AmCham Honduras Board of Directors. The non-profit institution fosters mutually beneficial trade relations between Honduras and the United States as well as contributing to the development of businesses for the economic benefit of Honduras.

For over 30 years, Pastor has overseen the growth and development of Seaboard de Honduras. She has become a respected and trusted leader in the trade and logistics industry. Her leadership has led to Seaboard Marine being recognized as a reliable and dependable solution for Honduran importers and exporters trading throughout the Americas. Under her guidance, our office in Honduras has continuously received recognition for its efforts in the community. Seaboard’s Honduras staff has supported a local outreach youth center, planted thousands of trees, and have donated supplies to assist the U.S. Naval Brigade in their efforts to improve children’s health.

Daisy Pastor said, “On behalf of Seaboard Marine, I am grateful and honored to be appointed to the board of directors for AmCham. Even though AmCham’s focus is improving business relations and encouraging trade, it is also about increasing employment and improving the quality of life of the citizens in Honduras. I am proud to be a part of this organization.”
