Seaboard Marine is again proudly sponsoring the fourth SeaCargo Americas Conference to be held November 4-6 in Miami. This conference, which promotes the growth of the maritime industry in the Americas, is expecting more than 200 executives to attend with more than 4,000 persons at the overall exhibition. For the first time ever, the SeaCargo Americas conference will be held in conjunction with the AirCargo Americas Congress and Exposition.

A wide variety of sectors of the maritime industry will be represented from throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. The two day conference will bring together top executives from seaports, shipping lines, shippers, consignees and others to exchange ideas and information.

Seaboard’s Jose Perez-Jones, co-chair of this event, said, “The World Trade Center Miami has a long history of fostering international business opportunities. Through their sponsorship of the SeaCargo Americas conference concurrently with the AirCargo Americas event, Seaboard Marine’s customers, vendors and friends within the industry should have a terrific opportunity to network with professionals from across the Western Hemisphere. I would encourage them to attend this growing event”

The conference is designed to help increase cargo growth and international business in the Americas while providing attendees updates on security, infrastructure developments, and industry trends.

Perez-Jones added, “Between SeaCargo and AirCargo, we have more than 125 confirmed exhibitors with attendees from more than 45 countries.  Further, thanks to Bill Johnson, Port Director of the Port of Miami, we have assembled an outstanding conference program for both November 4 and 5 that should be very educational. Overall, this forum will allow folks to not only listen to industry leaders but also see the latest products, technologies and services.”
