Seaboard Marine recently added 310 refrigerated containers to its fleet to meet the growing needs of our perishable import/export customers. The new containers are a welcomed addition to our fleet as recent upgrades to our transit times from Colombia to PortMiami open new opportunities for perishable imports.

“Seaboard Marine continuously seeks to improve the quantity and quality of our container fleet,” said Bruce Brecheisen, Executive Vice President. “It is our goal to provide high-quality equipment to uphold a superior level of service with consistent reliability and customer satisfaction. In the case of our refrigerated container segment, this ongoing process also ensures our units are surpassing industry-leading standards for low energy consumption and lower emissions to reduce our carbon footprint.”

“We view these initiatives as opportunities, through renewing the age and sophistication of our equipment fleet. We believe these efforts ultimately contribute to a stronger, more reliable service that exceeds the expectations of our valued customers,” noted Brecheisen.
