Registration Prerequisites

 

New to Seaboard Marine?

If you are new to Seaboard Marine, you will first need to complete the Company Profile Registration form available on our website.

To avoid any unnecessary delays, please have as much information as possible regarding your company including company name, address, contact information, government identification numbers, DUNS numbers etc.

Following your form submission, visit the MY SEABOARD REGISTRATION page and fill out the required fields. Upon completion you will receive a confirmation email. Your registration will be placed in queue for approval. Approval can take between 24 to 72 hours, depending on the quality of the information you submitted.

 

Are you an existing Seaboard Marine customers?

If you are an existing customer currently conducting business with Seaboard Marine, you are automatically eligible to register for MY SEABOARD. Visit the MY SEABOARD REGISTRATION page and fill out the required fields. Upon completion you will receive a confirmation email. Your registration will be placed in queue for approval. If you have never shipped with Seaboard Marine or have not been asked by a Seaboard Marine representative to complete a company profile registration, you will need to visit our website and complete the online registration form.

Completing Registration Requirements

When completing the registration form, it is important to use contact information consistent with that used to request quotations, book or correspond with Seaboard Marine representatives.

 

I was denied, where do I go from here?

If you were not approved for MY SEABOARD access it may be due to one or more of the following;

  • You have not completed a company profile registration form.
  • The information within your MY SEABOARD registration and your company profile registration are inconsistent.
    • The email or contact information used for the company profile is different from your MY SEABOARD registration.
  • Your company profile registration is missing a government identification numbers, DUNS numbers or other required company information.

If you believe you were denied access for any of the above reasons, please contact our customer support team. Be sure to reference any of the above reasons that may pertain to your account.

 

I was approved, what is next?
