SEABOARD MARINE WILL BE EXHIBITING (BOOTH #910) AT THE GLOBAL PRODUCE AND FLORAL SHOW AT THE ORANGE COUNTRY CONVENTION CENTER OCTOBER 27TH-29TH.

The Produce Marketing Association (PMA) and United Fresh recently came together to create a new organization known as the Fresh Produce and Floral, International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA). The IFPA recently recognized Seaboard Marine as a founding member in the transportation sector. The trade association represents companies from every segment of the global fresh produce and floral supply chain.

The IFPA enhances members’ success with events such as the Global Produce and Floral Show. Held this year in Orlando on October 27-29, the event will be attended by thousands of flower and perishable importers and exporters, including transportation providers such as Seaboard Marine where we will be a major exhibitor.

Seaboard Marine will be exhibiting at booth #910 in the Global Produce and Floral Show’s Service Pavilion.

Piero Buitano, Vice President of South America, said, “In keeping with our long-standing tradition of supporting and promoting trade throughout the Western Hemisphere, we are honored to be among the first members of what is shaping up to be an elite trade association. We are eager to connect with our customers face-to-face to share our expertise and help grow their businesses.”

“IFPA exists to bring together our industry to create a vibrant future for all,” said IFPA’s Chief Membership Officer, Miriam Wolk. “That includes not only our industry and members but the entire world. Together with our member companies, we have a fresh outlook on fresh produce and floral and believe that we can help solve some of the world’s most pressing problems.  This is possible because of the passion and power of our members, and we are thrilled that we will be seeing Seaboard Marine and other IFPA inaugural members at this year’s Global Produce and Floral Show in Orlando this October.”
