Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of an update to the Gulf–Northeast Terminal Service Charge, effective February 23, 2026.
This adjustment reflects increased terminal costs associated with pier-loading operations at the Jacintoport terminals (JPI) and helps ensure continued, reliable handling of foodstuff cargo.

The charge, which applies to all tariffs and service contracts, is as follows:
For all pier-loaded foodstuff cargo commodities of rice, beans, flour, and cornmeal, moving from the U.S. ports of Houston, TX, to the following destinations: the Dominican Republic and Haiti.

$34.00 per dry container

As always, we thank you for your continued support.

Please note that changes requiring 30-day notice are published in the respective public tariff. This advisory shows some of these changes as a courtesy to our valued customers, and in no way replaces the application of the public tariff.
