Effective March 1, 2026 the United States Domestic Fuel Surcharge Index shall be based on the following:

| Jacintoport, Houston, TX (Houston) | 29.50% |
| Ocean Terminal, GA (Savannah) | 29.50% |
| Gloucester Marine Terminal, NJ (Port of Philadelphia) | 29.50% |
| Penn Terminals, Philadelphia, PA (Philadelphia) | 29.50% |
| PortMiami & Port Everglades, FL (Miami) | 29.50% |
| Port Newark, NJ (Newark) | 29.50% |
| Port of New Orleans, LA (NOLA) | 29.50% |
| Port of Wilmington, NC (Wilmington) | 29.50% |
| Red Hook Container Terminal, Brooklyn, NY (Brooklyn) | 29.50% |
