Request Equipment Pickup

How to Request an Equipment Pick-Up:

To request an equipment pick-up you will need the following:
- The equipment number
- Either the booking number or the Bill of Lading number

Without the required information, we will be unable to retrieve your data and stop the free-time calculation associated with the equipment. In order to effectivetly stop free-time calculation, you must successfullly complete a form submission and receive a confirmation.

In the event of a potential equipment detention despute, please retain your confirmation number to ensure an expedited detention dispute review.
