Seaboard Marine is pleased to inform our valued customers that our Montego Bay operations are gradually recovering following the severe impact of Hurricane Melissa.
Our Montego Bay office and warehouse have reopened, although certain damages are still being assessed and repaired.
Despite damages to some facilities, the port in Montego Bay is open, and our weekly sailing has resumed. Seaboard Marine is working closely with port partners and service providers to restore full functionality, including scanners and processing equipment, as quickly as possible.
We are also pleased to share that telecommunication and internet connectivity in the Montego Bay business area have improved. While service remains limited at times, customers can now resume contacting our Montego Bay office directly for assistance and shipment updates.
Our Kingston office and marine terminal at Kingston Wharves are open and functioning normally.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time of recovery.
