October 09, 2014 - In a previous news post, information regarding the approaching Low Sulfur Fuel Requirement advised of charges to offset the increasing cost of low sulfur fuel. Recently, Seaboard Marine released a series of operational notifications to our valued customers with active rates, quotes or contracts, informing them of a new Low Sulfur Surcharge (LSS) effective November 16th, 2014.

October 09, 2014 - Crowley Maritime Corporation’s liner services group and Seaboard Marine Ltd. announced today that they have entered a new vessel sharing agreement (VSA) to service customers in the Dominican Republic trade lane while also changing their current VSA to Panama and Costa Rica.

Seaboard Receives 674 New 40-foot Refrigerated Containers Last Updated: January 25, 2013  
January 24, 2013 - Seaboard Marine has recently received 340 new 40-foot refrigerated (reefer) high-cube containers. The reefers, which will be used throughout the Seaboard Marine network, were delivered in Santo Tomas, Guatemala last week in preparation for the peak perishables season.
