Miami and Fernandina Facilities Fully Open After Fay
August 22, 2008

August 22, 2008 (10:00 a.m. EDT - Final update. The Miami and Jacksovnville areas are no longer under a Warning from Tropical Storm Fay. Our Miami facilities have been operating normally for the past three days while our Fernandina Beach office and terminal have reopened this morning.

All Miami-based vessel rotations are now back on schedule. We expect to resume our normal ship rotation for the two services that call on Fernandina Beach this weekend. Container dispatching in the Jacksonville area has resumed today as Tropical Storm Fay moves slowly westward.

The Florida East Coast Railway reopened its ramp terminals in Miami and Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday and is now operating a normal train schedule as Fay's winds have subsided along the Atlantic coast of Florida.

Please be advised that our offices in Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Grand Cayman and the Bahamas are operating normally as those areas are no longer under a storm threat.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers during this 2008 Hurricane Season.
